A nasty little tick on my knee. 
It was so small at first I thought it was a little scab so I tried to pick it off. After 3 tries I got good and aggravated and got a good grip and finally pulled it off. I put it in the palm of my hand and tried to figure out how it was so stuck on me when after a couple of seconds it suddenly came to life and started walking. After I got over the shock of it I called out to my husband and said it’s a tick! A little tiny tick. I squished it between my thumb nails. My husband called our lawn care company and they told him it was a “seed tick”. It’s called that because it’s the size of a poppy seed. Said those types get in your yard from rabbits. We’ve seen them in our yard several times last month. Brownish tan. Anyway they’re coming to spray the yard for fleas and ticks. I’ll be paranoid now every time I go in the yard.
