Gonna Be A Hot One Today

It’s only 8am and it’s already 78. The lowest temperature is 71° and that’s since midnight. My weather app says 92 for the high today but I’m betting it’s gonna be hotter than that.

Haha. I merely prepared and got the three cuttings I received today into pots. Soaked thru my shirt. Hot and humid! My figs appear OK with it. That makes it OK.

My watermelons are starting to do something now that it’s consistently been 85+. They were one of four plants that survived my kid’s mowing massacre.

I was right it got hotter than 92. Right now it’s 95°. Not sure if it will climb higher

Hit 95F and been out in the sun all day long. Pays the bills, but by the end of the day. I am beat.
