Garden tomato soup

Tomatoes
9 Pounds

Red bell pepper ( sweet peppers are fine too)
1 Pound

Garlic
12 clove

Onion
2 medium

Fresh Basil
1 cup

Fresh Oregano
6 tablespoon

Seasoned Vegetable Base (Better Than Bullion)
5 tsp

Organic Olive Oil
4 Tbsp

Steps
-Preheat oven to 450

- Wash and quarter tomatoes and peppers. Peel and quarter onions and garlic. Wash herbs

- toss veggies and herbs with oil in 2x large Pyrex pans

- roast at 450 for 40 mins. Then broil for a few minutes to get some color at the end.

- boil 6 cups of water in a large stock pot and then add bullion.

- then add contents of veggie pans ( liquids as well)

- blend it with a stick / emersion blender and allow to simmer closed
