Figs in Movies and Shows?

My family and I just watched the new movie David. I couldn't help, but geek out every time they showed or mentioned figs

Even my wife looked over at me in approval.

Just for fun, do y'all know any other shows or movies where figs are shown or mentioned? I think The Godfather is another one.

There is actually a fig named the godfather as it was used on the set of the movie.

When I watch various YT video's about certain cities, it can be any topic, I always notice when they pass a fig tree! And I swear I have a nose for figs cause I can spot them in a millisecond when I'm driving around town.

Other than the Godfather fig, I would classify the Martha Stewart interview with the DiPaolo brothers and their weeping Bellaclare Sport fig as being famous.

There’s the movie “Under The Fig Trees”. I haven’t seen it myself, but it looks like a large portion of it is filmed in a fig orchard.

There is a commercial on my local Baltimore TV station that has scene on the side of a house with a pretty little fig tree. I honestly can't remember the company it is for but i know it as the fig tree commercial. That station plays the commercial about 500 times a day too.

Lol... Advertising is supposed to sell the product but you have no idea what the product is .. maybe it was a subliminal commercial for "you need another fig". I bet if you played it backwards you'd need 10 more!
