That's amazing! I had no idea! Looks almost like yogurt.
I've been wanting to venture into cheese making. This motivates me even more. I need to find some mature middle eastern or Europeans that do this who I can learn from. So cool!

I know of him. He makes salumi as well. I like his videos but I haven't seen these. Thanks for the tip... I'll check them out.
