EZ Flo fertilization system

Do you have a sense of the pressure?

They will apparently allow a flow rate of 0.5gph with as little as 5psi... That's not a lot depending on how many trees your covering
Joe, I had no problems with flow rate. I found that if I had more it would probably run on the ground. Trees looked very healthy and grew so much I made a decision to pinch hoping to get some side growth. Ondata in particular was a beast. Huge, beautiful leaves. The timer worked wonders for me also.

If you have enough pressure it should be no issues then. I imagine worst case with the tank you might need to raise the barrels a bit.

I know people who've used EZ-Flo fertigation units for years. I can't speak to the price but I can verify first hand that they grow a very impressive number of figs... in one case on 200+ trees.

I wouldn't identify them as "suckers" since they seem so successful in what they're growing. So perhaps we can refrain from referring to them as such...
Trustyfarms got it right.

I think EZ Flo is for those who want a small scale set up that hooks up to their hose faucet outlet. The Dosatron and others are more complicated initial setups and are for those wanting a more permanent, larger scale type system.

Also for myself, I use organic fertilizers that do not require such a precise dosage. My trees will not fry from over fertilization. So that aspect is not a concern for me. Though that said, I’ve never had the dosage and pressure issues some have had when they set up theirs. Mine worked properly from the start.

I also have the high pressure 1 gallon unit so that I can have it directly to my faucet before the timer because I did not want to get 4 separate units for all 4 zones on my timer. I think most do not get the high pressure unit, so maybe there is some difference with that.
