Earliest to awaken?

In your zone which fig has woken the earliest?

I know some are still in winter, but for you historically who wakes first?

Right now my golden riverside was first followed by my bordisott Blanca negra.

My kadota is usually the last awake.

(East Phoenix, az zone 10a for zone comparison)

Are yours inground or in pots?

My ingrounds are still +/- 4 weeks from budding out using last year as an example and my only potted tree with green buds is the one closest to garage floor and is an Etna type.

All trees are in containers and none have broken bud yet this season, even in a detached building that is heated to around 45F, with ample sunlight penetration. They started waking up last season, around the last week of Feb. I think as these trees get older, they are able to maintain dormancy a little better. It's always the newest rooted varieties, from the prior season, that have a tendency to break bud earlier than the rest. At least that is what I usually see here. Breba are starting to form on some of the trees, so I'm guessing at least 2 weeks more before I see bud break. My lone inground RdB is still covered and protected. Won't uncover it until probably around the last week in March.

Here's a couple pics that I took this morning.
Flanders is the one still holding fruit.
Yolo Bypass is the one between the pineapple and banana plants.

Here are a couple of pics I just took. All in pots. I have others with buds just starting to open. The pics are from my Brown Turkey and Luigi. Sorry Luigi is a little dark.

This is interesting, my kadota I'd the oldest and always wakes.last 🤔

I just got this tree before frost and it has been in my greenhouse all winter, but Mora nascosta has been the first to wake up and put on fruit. Let’s hope it’s common!
