Hi I wanted to check if anyone makes their own Calcium from eggshells and vinegar ? I started a batch and the bubbles stopped 1-2 days later On some youtube video they said to leave it 7-10 days. Am I doing something wrong ?

1 cup egg shells to 10 cups of white vinegar.

I remember watching someone do this in a video long ago, but never tried it myself.
We usually give the crushed egg shells back to the chickens to eat.
 
The bubbles stop when the biggest part of the reaction has happened. You can use it when the bubbles stop or after a week. Really the only difference is the concentration of cal/mag and the vinegar may possibly still be acidic. Personally never had any issues using it “early”.
