Cookie recipe (I have tried it yet)

Cuccidati run deep in my culture. When a batch is made around here they don't last long. In my opinion, anyone with the means should try these. As far as I'm concerned they're better then any cookie out there...

These really remind me of my mother and some special times in my younger years. I hadn't had them since she passed away a few years ago. Thank goodness she taught my niece to make them.... and can now carry the tradition.
