Consensus on Latarulla as In-Ground Honey Fig in Zone 7a?

While we’re in the topic. I have a Greek buddy who pops by from time to time. He’s always asking me for any good Greek honey figs. I never have them but he’s a good guy and I’d like to hook him up if I can.
If anyone knows their Greek figs and has some suggestions… Please feel free to point me in the right direction

Corynth - haven’t tried it but have read several decent reports.

I wonder any of the desert fig growers here do you get better white figs where they can be on the dry side? Here just little rain and they taste like water.
I can report back on this in a few months! (Zone 9b) Just planted 13 varieties in ground over the winter, my lattarula is just too small though so it's staying potted this summer.
