I have both but have only tasted Calderona.
From my limited experience CdM has been vigorous compared to Calderona; but ironically I've yet to try a properly ripened CdM.
From what I've read Calderona has larger figs and I can say for sure that Calderona is in fact larger compared to my poor samples of CdM.
Oh and I believe Calderona was a just under a couple of weeks earlier too.
EDIT>>> CdM hasn't properly ripened for me because of a heat wave -.it has nothing g to do with the quality or taste.
