All This Rain is GOOD for my Figs

My Fig trees are exploding with growth. Trees I thought were long dead, nothing above ground are sending up new growth. I'm watching the Green Ischia here as the figs will split open like a 3 petal flower. Other than that one I'm getting height and spreading out of everything. I thought my trees were growing super slow from too much water, guess I was wrong. I will get pictures after the rain quits. Some of the new growth stems are about 5/8th of an inch thick.

Man, we could use the rain where I am. We're having the driest season since 1871! We've got a 28" deficit of rain for the past year; that's over 2 feet of rain

We were pretty close to you till this Monsoon Season opened up over our heads. We already got 10.6 inches of rain today and it's still raining.
