As some of you may know I'm a little backed up with Orchard work here in Berkeley CA. @richbbfigs stopped by, and helped, Sean, and I up plant 42 fig pops in a much appreciated act of neighborly Mercy. We still haven't caught up but there's a hundred new Kids on the Block. The Abracadabra part of this post was the new up potted cuttings reaction to some full strength synthetic fertilizer with ph buffers that was given today. I thought they were coming in a little too thin so some strong synthetic fertilizer seemed to be in order. I was amazed how fast they reacted. I could literally see the main trunks thicken up visually in just a couple hours. We're in for a high heat week here so I'm hoping for some vigorous catch up growth. Thank you so much Rich for all your wonderful help.

@Figgerlickinggood Old habits die hard Teresa. I still use General Hydroponics with ph buffers. Then I dial it in exactly with ph up, or down as needed. Also calcium magnesium supplementation dejour. Then I will switch off to various organic fertilizers that do not contain much or any fertilizer salts. General Hydroponics has a huge effect, but it is expensive. I guess it's my Jack's 20/20/20 with ph buffers.
