Earlier this year I set 3 rooting balls on fig plants that had escaped their pots. This weekend I harvested them. The balls placed on Ciliegia Dolce and Owensboro performed as expected, but the one on Nero 600M did not produce any roots. In retrospect, I think the bark was too calloused where I placed it. I decapitated the plant anyway and planted it as a giant rooting.
