I will leave the opining to others with more experience, but I will note that the first leaves of my cuttings, like the first leaves on mature trees that are waking up for the year, often do weird stuff. Grey fringes, bluish fringes, brown tips, weird shapes, deformities, odd structural elements, you name it. They're usually harmless or change back to a regular color eventually or die and fall off without any lasting damage to the cutting/tree.

Latest update is I got some new cuttings. The generous @Kompakfigs gave me some RDB cuttings and my uncle gave me some of what he was told were brown turkey cuttings. He said that he grew his tree from a cutting he got off a friend of his' tree. Claims his friends tree was planted by his grandma over a hundred years ago.

Kompak was kind enough to send me cuttings in January and every single one rooted. I up potted half yesterday and tomorrow and the next day will up pot the rest. I can't wait till I have figs big enough that can be as generous as he is!
My first batch from @Kompakfigs rooted 100%. Early signs suggest the second batch will be good, too.

I would say if the stems look ok you’re probably ok. If they continue to drop or decline then worry.has the humidity, temperature or anything else changed?
Only change is that the roots have heavily developed and stems started growing. I haven't touched the container and I still see moisture on the sides.

What is the soil mix for that cutting. If there is not enough aeration, the roots cant get enough oxygen. I am adding @Rosy Posy's article https://www.thefigjam.co/p/what-causes-fig-cuttings-to-rot for your reading pleasure.

That looks normal to me.
I think in one of your earliest posts in this thread you said you used a 5-1 peat to perlite ratio. Not sure if you did the same ratio for all your cuttings.
Thanks that makes me feel a little better. When I peeled back the cling wrap I did stick my finger in and it felt very dry up top. But since I still see condensation down below I didnt add any water.
Today's update is that i uppotted the ziploc bags. All but the smallest 2 twigs had a lot of roots. And only 1 of the ones with roots hadn't put on leaves yet.
Not pictured but one of the cuttings I just got from my uncle that had already started putting out buds when he took the cuttings has had its leaves start growing mold. Can I save it by pulling the leaves off or is it already lost?

See if spraying hydrogen peroxide will fix that? If it fails so be it and you can check why it failed.

4 weeks since I started the proper fig pops
a little over 5 weeks since I started the cat food container pops
a little over 7 weeks since I started the ziploc baggy celeste pops
So far only the celeste baggies (which have been up potted already) and a single cat food container pop put out any roots.
After i up potted the ziploc celestes i finally got top growth going on most of them.
Ive had several of the proper fig pops start putting on buds but so far no signs of roots.
At what point should I be concerned about the current progress? From the ziploc baggy figs almost all of them put on roots within 3 weeks and im a good bit past that for the other 2 types of pops.
I haven't touched any of them besides the 1 hollier cat food pop that put on roots and top growth. Also so far the hollier is the only fig with top growth that has had any issues with its leaves. The celestes haven't had any browning at all and no matter what I do with the hollier it continues to put on new growth that starts browning after a few days.
