Yes. It’s a long Bananna shaped pepper. Sweet. Not hot.

Do you stuff them with hot Italian sausage and cook with a little gravy? I ask because it’s a popular dish in SW PA but usually they use Hungarian Hot Wax peppers, very tasty!

They pretty much go with anything you eat with peppers. Roasted peppers are great in a nice cold cut sub sandwich. OHHHH! I’m drooling just thinking about it.
