I’m interested. I have quite a few varieties of peppers I could trade.
Yes on the pawpaw seeds!!! Are they currently in the fridge?I have lots of paw paw seeds if anyone is interested.
Yes, amaranth is a wonderful grain substitute for us, gluten-intolerant folk...and tasty for all (high in iron and magnesium!)The leaves are edible and a staple delicious leafy green in Greek cousine. Young tender leaves can be eaten raw like spinach, or in salads. Leaves are usually cleaned , stripped of the fibrous stems and boiled. Olive oil, lemon or vinegar, salt and pepper. Full of nutrients and vitamins. Seeds are edible too, but need to be cooked. They can grow tall (8') and one flower will produce hundreds of tiny seeds.
For quite awhile. You can have as many as you want. Here is the catch, I dont know the variety names. I think a few seeds came from my local organic grocery store and the other seeds came from my mother in law's paw paw patch.Yes on the pawpaw seeds!!! Are they currently in the fridge?
I want to grow a fruiting pawpaw tree some day. I started and have one tiny little seedling, lol. I know it looks funny in a tall tree pot, but I wanted to give its long tap root as much room as possible.
I would be interestedI have lots of paw paw seeds if anyone is interested.

My only problem with growing pawpaws is the chill hours required.I have lots of paw paw seeds if anyone is interested.
How many hours is that because the seeds have been in the crisper drawer for at least a year.My only problem with growing pawpaws is the chill hours required.
I haven’t checked on mine in awhile since I planted them at my wooded property. But when I had them in pots at my house. They would flower. I just never hand pollinated them to get fruit. My only problem with growing pawpaws is the chill hours required.
Peterson is releasing some hybrids this year which are crosses of the typical paw paw and some species from Florida. May be of interest. At least I think this year. Maybe next.My only problem with growing pawpaws is the chill hours required.
How long before they started to flower?I haven’t checked on mine in awhile since I planted them at my wooded property. But when I had them in pots at my house. They would flower. I just never hand pollinated them to get fruit.
