Price of cutting, Medium, pot, care. 45-60 for a tree grown by a small nursery.I did some checking and I’m thinking the prices are a bit high for my liking lol. I find it crazy some varieties like black cross or Constantine de algerie one gallon are going for 45-60 bucks still and I gave away for shipping a bunch of cuttings last fall. They grow so quickly that they both filled a 25 gallon pot in a season and had maybe 40-50 cuttings each once I pruned back.
Sometimes I forget how long it takes to grow it to a safe shipping size. Then I don’t value my time enough I suppose.Price of cutting, Medium, pot, care. 45-60 for a tree grown by a small nursery.

I would agree. I love my little cutting/trees to death and enjoy it but they are a good bit of work. And mine are only rooted cutting stage, not even a year old yet. Small trees seem to be a fair deal when I consider the care that goes into growing a cutting into a tree.Price of cutting, Medium, pot, care. 45-60 for a tree grown by a small nursery.

I have one but it's in a treepot. Pretty vigorous plant. My buddy here in Oregon introduced me to it, and I got the amazing cuttings from @Zwerchfell - here's the video Chris madeThey had one expensive variety called Borda Barraquar for $120 and it sold really fast. Anyone with any experience growing this variety?
I put a 35 dollar plant in my cart and tried to check out. Shipping was 35. And it's not hand delivered by a sherpa so.....nope. LOLPrice of cutting, Medium, pot, care. 45-60 for a tree grown by a small nursery.

Isn't that the Celeste tree Lou Monti found? If so I've seen that in his videos and it's a beautiful huge tree. This is a Chincoteague Celeste that I bought from Off the Beaten Path last year in the Spring.
