Osage orange as Che rootstock

Anyone here graft Che. We have tons of Osage orange seedlings three years old. They can be dug once we get a warm spurt.

I caught down my Che tree in Fall. The fruit is small and doesn't ripe well. I need to buy self fertile Che tree.

I do! I actually have a Che that I would like to graft onto Osage Orange. Last year I purchased some bareroot seedlings to use as rootstock, but they arrived dead.

It would likely speed things up for me. My son bought me a packet of about 30 seeds for Christmas and I will plant them in about a month...but not sure how they will do and I'm sure growing out the seeds will take much longer than established seedlings.
