Who said growing figs in Southern Ca was easy?

I caught this nasty little monster doing her business on the profichi crop of my caprifig. Some of the figs are already showing larvae infestation and spoilage.

Between gophers tunneling through roots, nematodes weakening my trees, and now BFF ruining fruit and a potential for a wasp colony; it’s been an uphill battle to say the least.

Maybe I’ll get a relief from the racoons this year. The rumor has it that they are on extended vacation at @ktrain this season!

Lol...not going to be much of a vacation.
I got plans for those critters. 😆

Sorry to hear about your issues though, we work so hard to get good eats and the dang critters think I ts all for them.
