For me the top 3 most physical parts are:
1.
Root pruning/Potting
2. Spring fig shuffle
3. Mixing soil

Solutions
1
.Root pruning/Potting. We use a electric chainsaw it's super easy to use and cuts through the root ball like butter. We found it to work far better than a Sawzall.

2. Spring fig shuffle. We have12 trees. We're going to purchase 2 garden carts. Each cart holds 6 of the 8 gallon Square Grow Pro pots.

3. Mixing soil. We use a tarp to mix the soil by pulling the tarp corners together rolling and mixing the soil. It's made mixing soil much easier for us.

it’s hard to decide between spring, shuffle and fall shuffle.

Spring shuffle is rough because I need to do it multiple times. The first time when they go out into a temporary greenhouse and then again to get them into their summer position.

In the fall, however, I’ve got to get all the trees to the driveway to prune them… At this time they’re often wet and have all their growth on. They’re pretty heavy.

I need a “shuffle guy” 😁

Those are indeed the parts I would list as well, also depending on how many pots you have and if you're hand fertilizing.

I make up 4 to 5 5g buckets of liquid fert. then go around feeding each tree.

If I would quit being lazy and set up my irrigation with fertigation I wouldn't have to do this. lol
