Today's haul before the rain

Picked a little over 3lbs of figs today, and that's on top of a small bowl that was picked in the morning for breakfast and some that I gave away. The biggest daily harvest of figs so far this season. It's gonna rain all night here, so I am trying to save what I can. Gave some I-258 and WM#1 to my neighbor... man, the look on his face when he bit into that I-258 was priceless

The four of us devoured 3/4 of this bowl after dinner today. No holding back. Got stuffed with figs. Everyone's happy. What an awesome dessert it was.

Thank you. Eleven trees give or take, if you count the trees that gave one fig. The majority came from 5 trees.
