It’s going to be a very wet weekend for the south and east coast and another possible big snowstorm next week. Ryan was correct in calling this winter a storm train with no caboose.

The snow cometh for me. We’ve been spoiled with mild weather for the last few years. We got slammed with about 20cm on Thursday and supposed to get another 30cm or so over the weekend. That’s about 20” total. I have a fairly long driveway. I have no idea where I’m going to put it all 😭

I have one of these roofing torches and a few full propane tanks. Maybe I can melt a bunch 😆

On the bright side…. The snow makes good insulation for the in ground trees

OH BOY Joe you get hit big time. There’s even a video of it. While I was watching it I laughed thinking is Joe’s house in this video?

It’s just starting to come down now. Perhaps I’ll have some interesting pictures to share later…. Assuming I don’t get buried. I’ll have to double check the power to the heating cables on the figs is stable as well

I’m still in a severe/extreme drought, so I welcome the 1” of rain forecasted for tonight and tomorrow. However, I don’t welcome the low temperatures and snow coming next week.
