I found 3 very small ripped Strewberry Verte figs today, normally I am leaving the figs that ripe this time of the year for birds since the taste is bland but I decided to taste them and boy the best fig taste I ever had, Jammy and sweat and worth giving it the name. I wonder if would taste better if it rippen earlier in the season. My thoughts now is what I can do for this verity to start producing earlier? Hmmmm

How does Strawberry Verte compare to figs like WM#1 and Unk Prosciutto? Is it just as good?
