This is a tree my friend Sean told me about, so it’s not really one of my finds. I gave it a name for my collection since it didn’t have one, but Sean might have named it White Chocolate Raspberry or something like that at some point. 

Thanks CJ for confirming this is a common fig. 

I have a feeling the chocolaty taste will be in the skin. The flavors are getting more complex each season and will hopefully taste as good as the figs from the mother tree.
 
@"Figology"#21. St Chocolate unk. Every time you post something on this variety I get obsessed. The fig tree looks awesome. So vibrant, beautiful, and healthy. Is that a picture of the mother tree? This is definitely a tree I want to propagate a cutting of if and when I ever get a chance. You have such an amazing collection, I hope you will keep a lot of it, especially your finds.
