Squirrel repellent

Does anyone have a good way to keep squirrels out and away from figs, mulberries, etc…? They are destroying my plants and garden. Thanks

Build a cage around your trees or make some stew.

I have many containers everywhere. Near garden on my porch, deck, yard, etc. I can’t cage everything. Seem to make others upset to “make stew” around here.

We bought one of these some years ago but but it only would get 1 squirrel at a time

I have a regular trap and was using it quite successfully but neighbors complained today when a raccoon got in overnight…lol.

If my neighbor complained about it I would just take the trap and dump the raccoon in their yard.

Unfortunately last night there was a whole article about squirrel repellent that appeared in my Google thread. The whole thing made sense to me last night like a mysterious Google dream, now completely forgotten.

God I have thought of that a few times @superdave336 LOL what you would call a Horticultural fever dream. I just can't imagine what it might have been like in real life. Squirrelinator malfunction from hell.

I will have to bring the whole thing up with the squirrel who owns my backyard.

They keep burying hickory nuts in my pots, I have been pulling so many that are sprouting all over. GAH!
