Skip Laurels

From the pictures, I would expect wind burn as well. My guess is all leaves will drop. It is possible it will die back to the ground, especially if the morning sun hit the frozen trunks. If they were new plants, they may not have the energy to regenerate. If established, they may. It may take until into the summer before you will know.
 
The leaves can burn off with cold temps but if the stems are pliable it should push growth in the spring. Skip and cherry laurel benefit from being protected from the wind.
