SHO #1 Unk. 2024

Figology

Well-known member
This is one of 2 trees I found a few years ago. The property I found them on had two trees growing near the street and the house has had multiple owners over the past few years. Google Street images show these trees back to 2007. SHO #2 looks and tastes like White Madeira, I gave that one away.

The flavor is good and I like the faint stripes, but I’m not sure it’s top 20 worthy.

I had a few that weren’t worth mentioning, but that’s from when it was cold for a few weeks here earlier this month.

Figology that's an amazing find. What an absolutely unique looking fig. It looks simply photogenically fantasti, like a tiny little watermelon. I wish I was lucky enough to get to taste a plate-full of them. I'd ask you where you find them, but you tell us where you find them all the time, post after post. Do you wake up thinking it's a good day to go looking for figs? Then get the strongest intuition you know just where to find them?? It's quite a gift. You we're clearly born under a figgy star.

It might be a good thing I don't live where they grow wild like that, my wife would probably rarely see me.
I'd be like Fig dundee...on walk about all the time. lol
G'day Mate!

I don't actively hunt for figs anymore, it's been over a year since I last went. I'm usually busy in my free time with family life.

ha.

I used to go during the week when I had a random day off from work and sometimes after work if I had found some visible from Google Street maps. I was even so obsessed that I would check random areas online for trees, then give the locations to other fig finders to check out if they were too far from me.
