The only breba that made it until today.
At 63 gr, and 32 Brix
In three days or so would be better but it's August second and main crop needs all the energy that the tree can give.

I've really got to get one of those brix meters. May I ask which one you're using?

It was the only breba, and my experience is that if there is ony one breba then it tends to grow larger then if there was more. Last season main crop was pretty large too !

I just bought Brix gadget on Amazon. They had digital one, the way I know my self I will get it soon.This is what I got now.
Main crop Prosciutto is a large fig. It looks so much like Col de Dame Blanc.

A Refractometer for brewing is a brix meter. Great tool! Gave up my hydrometer years ago

My main crop Unk Prosciutto are dark green when ripening and dark red interior.
