Just seen this video with a great idea for a more effective dear fence, check this out
Think she knows the chickens live there so part of the family to protect. We have a lot of deer here but they tend to stay in our back pasture. I am thankful for my livestock dog, she does a great job of keeping the critters away from the garden and the figs. Unfortunately she does not keep the chickens away lol
They eat the soap? The deer are constantly coming to the pond to drink.
So I have to fence my fruit trees...they used to eat the ends of my cherry tree branches.
Soap used to work, until small critters started eating the soap.
Back to fences.
Big news for you they climb trees too. Had one climb the peach tree like we planted it just for him and help himself. I forgot I had to laugh when you called him a lard buttock, well those lard asses can run really fast.I do have one lardass of a ground hog that every so often climbs my fence for the garden and fallen fruit. My wife use to tell me about it and I kept telling her ground hogs don’t climb fences, well….yes they do lol
They actually tore open the bag and ate it. LolThey eat the soap?. Well that must have cleaned out their inners. LOL
Hey, we’ve had two dogs that would tear open the Irish spring soaps and rub themselves on it—we’d see teeth marks in the soap too lolThey actually tore open the bag and ate it. Lol
There were teeth marks on a piece they left. Lol
That is exactly the brand I was using. LolHey, we’ve had two dogs that would tear open the Irish spring soaps and rub themselves on it—we’d see teeth marks in the soap too lol
