I personally use a mixture of picture this, inaturalist, and chat gpt. chat gpt sucks for whole plants, but does a good job at fruit specifically. i find inaturalist the most effective since it includes human id, i get the absolute best ones fro mthat, but its not instant. for instant id picturethis i find the best. Seek is hot garbage. i often only get "dicot". interesting to see picture this is getting worse, i havent heard flora incognita i'll check it out.
once i get an id i always go and look up an experts way of identifying each plant and determine if its correct (i am a forager) and eventually i memorize the species and dont use it for certain species.
