Pick tomato varieties same as your fig varieties

@BNaula1 I really enjoyed watching this video this morning. I loved how he named different varieties that work in the different areas according to the zones and types of weather in those zones. Some of those varieties were new to me. I would like to try them.

Yeah I had the tomato bug before I got into figs haha I ended up growing like 20-30 varieties for a few years. You can grow any variety really, as long as you know when ripening periods are you can start early indoors, some of mine were about 2-3ft tall by the time I started hardening them off outdoors 😂

If you want any extra tomato seeds I don’t mind sending you a care package! 📦 I have a bunch of extra varieties, some from last year and some were heirloom I kept seeds from this fall :)

I LOVE growing tomatoes. Last year was difficult for many SC growers. Blight took mine out. I'm hoping for better things this year. I mostly grow heirlooms when I can, but Better Boy is a family favorite. Cherokee Purple is our favorite heirloom variety. I just heard a podcast about its origin and am eager to learn more. Thanks for sharing your video.
