Plan to learn graft when spring comes. Definitely can not do outdoor grafting right now, otherwise get coldbite as Joe get 🥶 Need to order parafilm.
Is this one good enough from Amazon? 6 1” rolls maybe last life long if they don’t getting old. Or other recommendations? Thanks folks!

One roll can last forever depending on how much you use it. But it does age and become harder to stretch, so I wouldn’t get so many at once myself.

BuddyTape is the preferred one and you can get one roll here:

Buddy tape is really nice stuff!! It's a few more dollars then parafilm but noticeably better. I would suggest it for beginning so that you have the best to start learning with.
I'll look into this too, and thanks for the suggestion. I plan to learn to graft this year.

Yes, this box will probably last you a lifetime. I purchased a box like this of the 1/2 inch roll, and if I go through all of it, then I might have too many trees.

Curious how much buddy tape in Japan, checked a bonsai store, 2100 yen . About $13.3.Cheapest Shipping is 2600 yen by sea, make it $27.85 (with sign in discount )-29.75 per roll. So the forbid price is really reasonable!
But if buy 5 rolls the shipping costs remain the same makes the final price $16.21 / roll.
Again I only need 1 roll, most likely order from forbid.

Parafilm is great but as was mentioned.... A roll seems to last forever.... which means I many never be able to justify getting Buddy Tape to try out 🤣

I have used both, parafilm M, and Buddy tape. I like the easy application of Buddy tape. The only thing is to only tape the very top when using bunny tape. It often does not fall off by itself but leaves a wax film that you may have to have to remove by hand.

Arrived today from k mart Japan! Excited! But too cold to work in Garage. In ground Hardy Chicago still berried in snow. Maybe wait until spring, March? Right now maybe start to cut some useless cuttings from garage to practice?
