I've seen parts of TN this way too, feel bad for these people.
That's hard to watch, I know first hand how much damage a flood can cause.

@"Figgerlickinggood"#7 . I was deeply saddened to see your video, and the pictures of the hurricane related flooding. Having gone through a severe flood back in 1995 I can readily attest to the life-changing destruction a family, and a community can go through. I wish everybody a speedy recovery from this still ongoing extreme weather event.

Yeah, it is just amazing (and sad) to see.  East Tennessee got hit pretty hard also...just so much rain in such a short time.  A lot of it happened about an hour east and southeast of us, so very close.  It is strange, because some of that crazy flooding happened so close to us, but here at our house, it was some moderate rain and at times heavy rain and a bit of wind, but not terribly bad...I think we were lucky to be just a little bit out of the path of the worst of it.
