I invented these a few years ago after news of the BFF spreading to Los Angeles. I first had the idea of a mesh size keeping the fly out but letting the wasp in. I made a prototype but it took too long to make.

I don’t use these much after discovering the Captain Jack’s method, but they are very effective in keeping the BFF out and letting the wasp in.
The holes need to be melted, otherwise the threads prevent the wasp from entering. I used a 1/16 - 1/8 drill bit to penetrate stacks of bags, usually 10 at a time while clamped.
