I literally worked in my father‘s bakery as a young man…. I have never been able to get my bread game to this level. Well done!

I have not even begun to dive down the bread rabbit hole, but now my wife is giving me a push. lol

Beware, the bread rabbit hole is as addictive as the fig one. It’s double the high when you toast the bread and smear fig jam on it. If you have it with a cup of coffee (another addiction) there isn’t a ladder tall enough to ever get out of it. By that time you don’t even want to.

Here’s a little homemade stash. Yup it’s from my bare hands. Key is fold and rise. It’s deadly once it’s out of the oven, gone in minutes.
