May have planted cutting upside down

So, I am still new at this - apparently newer than I thought! I have been successful at getting cuttings to root so far - 28 out of 34 (lost 6 at the beginning by overwatering or potting up too soon). I was fairly certain I could tell which end to plant … apparently needing further education! Marva Sika fig [FG] cutting is rooting all the way up. Is there a way to save it? In clear plastic cup without any visible roots yet. Potted up June 13th.

It is planted correctly. There is a leaf node, then a scar where a fig had grown above that, which means it is right side up. The aerial roots are just growing probably because there is plenty of moisture.
I have to say that cutting doesn't look upside-down to me but I can't understand how it's rooting all the way to the top. That's a new on me. Never seen that before.

That one does not look upside down. Edit - In a humid environment.
Figs can push out aerial roots. They will die off once exposed to dryer temps.
I get them on larger trees sometime during the rainy season.
Thank you! I’m glad to know I didn’t plant it upside down. This is a new variety for me. Only one which put out aerial roots in a group of fifteen new cutting varieties. It has been super humid here as well.
