WOW! That fig is literally bursting with flavor.Last week had my first LSU Tiger fig . I wanted to keep it hanging for longer but the fig fell to the ground in the organza bag . A couple of more days would have enhanced the flavor a bit in combination with the rain we had made it a bit watery.
