That’s a GREAT tasting fig. Love the thicker skin. Nice and chewy.

Looking so good, Teresa. I am so glad it has grown well for you. My Mother LSU Tiger is loaded this year. It is 10x15 this season. I agree on pollination - WOW it would be amazing.

Last week had my first LSU Tiger fig . I wanted to keep it hanging for longer but the fig fell to the ground in the organza bag . A couple of more days would have enhanced the flavor a bit in combination with the rain we had made it a bit watery. Pick one yesterday from the same tree and it was on a different level flavor wise . Nice and thick , didn’t have my phone for a picture .

Is 30g the general weight of this variety? Only asking for reference, so I'll know what to expect at maturity?

I have smaller and larger figs on the tree still . I will compare with the larger ones but to my limited experience with this variety I think produces small to medium figs .
