Leaf Damage Diagnosis

The picture of the detached leaf is from one of my classroom figs. The other 13 look great.

The other two pictures are from large cuttings that I put in a tree pot. They are much taller than the rest on the shelf, and only about 6 inches from the light. Also, last week I accidentally left the light on all night. I'm guessing that this is burn from too much light.?

All three of these have been on the same shelf in the utility room and stay around 70F (21C for TorontoJoe).

Is the medium dry? If so that could cause it. I don't see webbing. So I don't think mites.

Potassium deficiency?

Are you fertilizing them?
Almost looks like fert. burn.
