Last Figs of the Season

Picked my final handful of figs for the 2024 season. AJH was just as good today as when first picked mid August. The tree still has a few stragglers that may ripen one at a time over the next week or so. Overall, it’s been a really good fig season - everything ripened 1-2 weeks earlier than previous years.

Nice to see adriatics ripen in the cooler weather. I had an unknown Prosciutto that was still tasty.
