I’m a huge fan about Keene Garlic. I’ve purchased all my garlic from them (like German Extra Hardy the best) and gotten good results.
They have great instructions at their website, which really helped me when I was a first time grower. Their short-version tips are here https://keeneorganics.com/quick-growing-instruction/. Definitely follow the links for more info on the fertilizer soak, how to pick scapes, harvest, cure, and store. I always do the recommended soak (https://keeneorganics.com/garlic-fertilization-soak/) first, and I also buy their garlic fertilizer too.
I also like their garlic powder, which is pure garlic (no nasty aftertaste) and very strong (use half as much as you normally do): https://keeneorganics.com/product-category/100-pure-granulated-garlic-powder/

Thanks for the info. Definitely going to look up the links you posted. Might order the garlic powder because I use it a lot.
