This is an amazing mouse trap. I don't know how it would function against our beloved Berkeley CA Norwegian roof rat. They can be the size of a cat lol. I bet it would function pretty well against our hybrid, extremely clever, Goth girl pet rats, that hybrid in my neighborhood. We can no longer catch them with conventional rat traps. Sometimes I will Field as many as 30 separate rat traps. All brand new wearing gloves on my property, and not catch a single one. Every few blocks has a different hybrid pet rat descended from various varieties of pet rats.. We call them Goth girl rats. They come to UC Berkeley tattoos and all, with a cage full of two, or three pet rats. When they graduate, or more likely flunk out. (Too much partying, and drugs). They will not take their pet rats home with them, they release them in the Berkeley City environment usually just right in the street somewhere. Every few blocks they'll be a different variety very smart, and hard to catch. I might try this little beauty out. It won't be able to catch a Norwegian roof rat, for that we have to call out the US Army.
