Green cutting

If the top of the pruned branch still had a couple of leaves at the tip and greenish tint in bark - is that considered ‘green’?
In the photo - The Celeste - since the branch gets very thin at tip - is it good for cutting or destined for scrap pile? The Little Miss Figgy cutting was a door prize at a tasting event- I brought home and stuck in frig. It is much greener than my Chicago Hardy cuttings. I read comment that green cuttings needed to be potted now?

You can try to root them all you never know. The first one make a 4 node cutting from the bottom, you will have 2 cuttings then. Second one also 4 nodes cutting off the excess on top. Third one looks good. The fourth one also do 4 nodes and throw away the extra. But whatever you do, do it sooner than later. The clock is ticking on greener cuttings

If you're feeling lucky and patient enough, put the celeste in water. Rooting might take awhile but at least you dont have to throw it away. Put the glass/container in a sunny location and change the water once a week. The hard part is up potting a cutting with long tender roots and the best practice IMO is to have the soil mix highly aerated. As soon as you water the tree pot, water immediately comes out.
