I wouldn’t post this except he adds fig preserves to the burger. I bet with the goat cheese and all this is pretty tasty.

Look outstanding! I’d totally eat that! One thing I don’t understand. Butter is primarily fat…. How is it dehydrated?

Yeah some weird stuff indeed. But his seasoning does taste pretty good with low sodium. It’s sorta expensive though especially if you add a bottle to everything like he does….
