Free Pomegranate cuttings to Experienced member

Must have 5+ years rooting experience figs and/or other hardwood cuttings.

This is from my grandmother's pomegranate tree. I don't know how old it is, but it makes good fruit. It needs rejuvenation pruning and I took cuttings today. I can send about a 6-10 cuttings of various sizes. I have some skinny ones if someone wants to try grafting onto crepe myrtle.

I can also include ONE cutting of buluku mulberry FOR GRAFTING ONLY IF you have mulberry rootstock established. Source is Harvey.

I have a set for up to three members. Shipping is $10 via paypal.

Poms can take awhile to root, especially without bottom heat. I have 4-5 rooted now from last spring. The branches varied in diameter with one pencil-sized and the rest much thinner, all about 10” long.
 
Mind changed, sorry...I want to add some but I'm not ready right now.
Just jumped the gun a bit.

Gotta deal with what I have before adding more things ..gah.

You got that persimmon, apple, peach, pecan and mulberry rootstock going yet? Got your paw paws planted? What about your elderberry/blackberry/blueberry patch?

LOL - I know what you mean :)

I have about 300 fig rootstock cuttings to strike, 4 Harvey orders on the way - some cuttings from FigGazer (Angelito, no less), and Gina on the way and about 400 named variety cuttings in the fridge. Not to mention a whole bunch more stuff :) Oh I'm cursed with too much adundance :) :) :) Oh woo is me....

Maybe I'll have some rooted (poms) by next year. Maybe not.

And I thought I was busy with a lot of stuff! lol
You Sir and definitely an addict :p
I will be ready next year for sure...some times you just want it all knowing you're not ready for it. :)
