Free Fig Cuttings (California Only)

Edit:

I will cover the $10 shipping cost.

I will start to prune my fig trees soon and I want to try and give back what I can as a small thanks to this wonderful community. I don't have a crazy amount of cuttings, but I have enough to send to a select few people.

If you are interested in receiveing some "Mystery Tackle Box" style cuttings, read on.

Just comment, "I am interested", and list all of the fig varieties that you currently have. This will help me to avoid sending you something you already have. I will send one person as many cuttings as I can, and maybe some bonus small cuttings for grafting. At this time, I will only be shipping within California.

Offer will be open until January 1st, unless there are no takers by then. I will message you some time in January if you have been selected.

Good luck rooting, and thank you.

3 people reached out to me. Unless someone drops out, that is all for now.

Thank you all so much again. Happy rooting.

Got the cuttings today, 11 varieties! I did not expect this many 😲
Some that I know and wished for, some that I'm not familiar with and I'll have to look up.
I'm starting to root all of them immediately.

Thank you so much @Steven J.
I hope I'll be able to give back to you and others in the years to come.

Well what did you get that’s interesting? Lol sorry I’m nosy.

Healthy cuttings of:
Andijan, Calimyrna, Celeste, Col. Littman’s Black Cross, Feather River, Grise de Saint Jean, Marseilles Black VS, Olympian, Saint Germain, Smith, Sunrise

And Feather River is the first to produce roots! (also the thickest cutting)
This one is 17 days in
I also saw some roots on the Olympian, Celeste and GDSJ cuttings when I peeked in side

Very cool! I also noticed Feather River was by far my most vigorous. Great job rooting 👍
