First Mittica White (unk) of the season!

I have another one that was probably ripe enough to be at a similar point, but I think I’m going to let it hang as long as I possibly can and see if the flavor or texture changes much…

I have it in an organza bag so hopefully I won’t lose it, but there are dozens of figs on it so I’ll have more opportunities regardless.

Anyone else already getting Atreano types ripening? How are they for you?
