Looking online, their 1-yr membership fees look quite reasonable: https://crfg.org/homepage/join-renew/paypal/.

Have you checked FB for local groups? That’s how DMV started.

Maybe touchbase with Brian Melton (profig.com) I think he's in Fresno and he was setup at one of these type gatherings last winter.
