Ok so one of my favorite dessert dishes is a good warm cobbler over some vanilla ice cream or cinnamon ice cream when you can find it lol. Anyone got some experience with a fig cobbler? Even better if you can share some photos or some recipes. I assume it’s the same as any other cobbler base recipe but I want your experience with the taste, texture, whether it’s better or worse than other fruits. I will be doing one as soon as some start to ripen! Thanks
