People will post on the FB page since its a FB group centered event, what they are interested in and have to trade.
At the venue there is usually an area for trading and selling, a few picnic tables are usually available or you can bring in your own table to pop up.

@Figsee, there is a section called FSOT (for sale or trade) in the featured section of the group. Many people post there and arrange trades before arriving at the figfest. There's some great deals there too--a 1-yr old Vince #3 Unk was snapped up for only $60 yesterday!
